About

When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying coffee shop dates, plant shopping at local nurseries, or spending time with my husband, our six-year-old son, and our very energetic Shorkie puppy, Rambo. I’m happiest surrounded by purple flowers, good music, and the people I love most.

I believe a grounded therapist is a more effective therapist—and I hope you’ll feel just as supported in your own life through our work together.

  • Experiencing guilt and shame
  • Poor work-life balance leading to burnout
  • Overthinking, second-guessing, and difficulty making decisions
  • Perfectionism and being overly self-critical (often a learned behavior)
  • Difficulty sleeping due to ruminating on the day’s events or worrying about the future
  • Feeling lost, unsettled, or unhappy in relationships
  • Struggling to manage emotions, including low frustration tolerance or lashing out
  • Finding it hard to be fully present with family and friends
  • Persistent restlessness or tension in the body

If you’re new to therapy or unsure where to begin, that’s completely okay. Our sessions provide a safe space to release your rawest emotions without fear of judgment. These “venting” moments are a vital step toward processing your inner dialogue and gaining clarity.

I am intentional and focused in my work. I quickly get to the heart of what matters, compassionately point out unhealthy patterns, and collaborate with you on strategies to feel better and navigate life’s challenges. With this insight, you’ll be empowered to make different choices that positively impact your life.

I combine evidence-based techniques—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), insight-oriented work, and somatic interventions like deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation—to help ease tension and create lasting change.
