My work is trauma-informed and grounded in the mind–body connection. I take a thoughtful, attuned approach to therapy—helping clients get to the root of what’s really driving their struggles, rather than only managing surface-level symptoms. This often includes supporting women who have been misunderstood or misdiagnosed, including those discovering later in life that ADHD or nervous system overwhelm may be part of the picture.

What Therapy with Me Can Help You Do

  • Set and maintain healthy boundaries—without guilt
  • Quiet your inner critic and develop a more compassionate self-view
  • Build emotional resilience and regulate anxiety more effectively
  • Understand how stress, sleep, and nervous system patterns impact your mental health
  • Improve relationships by identifying emotional and relational patterns
  • Feel more grounded, present, and aligned in your daily life

ADHD Support for Women

Many women come to therapy after years of feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or “not quite enough”—often without realizing that ADHD may be part of the picture. ADHD in women is frequently overlooked or misdiagnosed as anxiety or depression, especially in high-achieving women who have learned to mask symptoms through perfectionism, overworking, or people-pleasing.

I provide thoughtful, trauma-informed support for women diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, as well as those who are exploring whether ADHD may be contributing to chronic overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, or burnout. Our work focuses on understanding how your brain works, reducing shame, and developing practical, compassionate strategies that align with your nervous system and real life.

Insurance & Payment

I primarily operate as a private pay therapist, which allows me to offer personalized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies.

In Network Insurance

I am currently in-network with Aetna. Clients with Aetna insurance may be able to use their benefits depending on their individual plan, deductible, and copay requirements.

Out-of-Network Insurance
For clients using other insurance plans, I can provide superbills to submit for potential reimbursement if out-of-network benefits are available.

Please note:

  • Full payment is due at the time of session.
  • I provide superbills monthly (or upon request).
  • You are responsible for submitting the superbill and any communication with your insurance.
  • A diagnosis code is required on all superbills.
  • Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
