Hey- welcome, I’m really glad you’re here. Taking this step takes courage.
Hi, I’m Ariana.
At my core, I believe in the healing power of being truly seen. I’ve always been intuitive, observant, and deeply attuned to others—and those qualities shape how I show up as a therapist. I notice what’s said, what’s unsaid, and what your body is holding onto, often before you do.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room, and I’m not afraid to gently name patterns that keep you stuck—especially around boundaries, self-trust, and people-pleasing. (I’ve been lovingly called “the queen of boundaries,” and I fully own it.)
I believe therapy works best when it feels real. You don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have it all figured out. You get to show up exactly as you are—overwhelmed, unsure, guarded, hopeful—and we go from there.
My goal is for you to feel understood, supported, and empowered to trust yourself again. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating a space where you can breathe, feel safe enough to be honest, and reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure to hold everything together.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with depth, clarity, and genuine care—I’d be honored to work with you.
My Clinical Background
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from USC. I’ve been in the mental health field for over eight years, with experience across healthcare systems, nonprofit agencies, and correctional settings. This diverse background has given me deep insight into resilience, trauma, and transformation across many life contexts.
Most importantly, I bring my full, human self into the room. Therapy, to me, is about real connection—not perfection.
