Hey! Welcome, I am glad you are here. It’s a beautiful and courageous step.
I’ve always been profoundly inspired by the healing power of human connection. Even as a child, I felt deeply empathetic and protective of others—traits that now shape not only who I am, but how I show up for my clients. My approach is both intuitive and strategic, helping you move toward a life that feels more empowered, confident, and aligned.
I consider it an honor to be invited into your world and serve as a steady, compassionate presence on your healing journey.
Many clients have lovingly nicknamed me “the queen of boundaries,” a title I wear with pride. I believe that showing up for yourself—with love and compassion—is foundational to any real, lasting change. You don’t have to suffer in silence. My passion lies in helping people reclaim their voice, their worth, and their inner strength.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, both from USC. I’ve been in the field for over 8 years, with experience across healthcare systems, nonprofit agencies, and correctional settings.
This diverse background has given me deep insight into the many ways people experience pain, resilience, and transformation. Most importantly, I bring my full, human self to the work—because therapy is about real connection, not perfection.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying coffee shop dates, plant shopping at local nurseries, or spending time with my husband, our six-year-old son, and our very energetic Shorkie puppy, Rambo. I’m happiest surrounded by pink roses, good music, and the people I love most.
I believe a grounded therapist is a more effective therapist—and I hope you’ll feel just as supported in your own life through our work together.

Currently in private practice my clinical focus is on helping adults manage symptoms of anxiety and depression due to:
- Difficulty setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, leading to resentment, burnout, or feeling taken advantage of
- Chronic guilt or shame, often tied to people-pleasing or past experiences
- Work-life imbalance and burnout, particularly among high achievers or caregivers
- Overthinking and indecisiveness, including second-guessing and fear of making the “wrong” choice
- Perfectionism and harsh self-criticism, often shaped by early experiences or cultural expectations
- Sleep disturbances, including racing thoughts, rumination, or anticipatory worry
- Relationship challenges, such as feeling disconnected, unhappy, or unsure of how to communicate needs
- Emotional dysregulation, including irritability, low frustration tolerance, or sudden emotional outbursts
- Struggles with being fully present, especially in time with family or friends
- Persistent tension, restlessness, or a sense of unease, even during “downtime”
I take a personalized approach to therapy because every client’s experience is unique. I believe in treating the whole person- focusing on the body-mind connection. My role is to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. Together, we’ll explore how you operate in the world and make meaningful connections that support your healing and growth.
If you’re new to therapy or unsure where to begin, that’s completely okay. Our sessions provide a safe space to release your rawest emotions without fear of judgment. These “venting” moments are a vital step toward processing your inner dialogue and gaining clarity.
I am intentional and focused in my work. I quickly get to the heart of what matters, compassionately point out unhealthy patterns, and collaborate with you on strategies to feel better and navigate life’s challenges. With this insight, you’ll be empowered to make different choices that positively impact your life.
I combine evidence-based techniques—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), insight-oriented work, and somatic interventions like deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation—to help ease tension and create lasting change.
As your therapist, I will walk alongside you through life’s challenges, support your purpose, and empower you to live with greater confidence and clarity.

Real support. Real change. When holding it together isn’t enough.
Authentic
My role as your therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for healing. I bring a fresh perspective to the therapy process by gently challenging you to step outside your comfort zone and consider new ways of thinking. Clients often describe me as direct, yet compassionate—I’m not one to just nod along. I believe in honest, meaningful conversations that lead to real growth.
Non- judgmental
Every client brings their own unique experiences, beliefs, and values—and I deeply respect that. While your past has shaped you, it does not define you. In our work together, you’ll be met with curiosity, not judgment, and seen as a whole person—not just a set of struggles or a diagnosis.
Collaborative
Therapy with me is a joint effort—we’ll work together to identify the triggers and patterns that are causing the most distress in your life. From there, we’ll set clear, meaningful goals that align with your needs. My intention is that you leave each session with something new—whether it’s insight into your behavior, a deeper understanding of your role in relationships, recognition of unhelpful patterns, or a practical coping tool to manage difficult emotions or sensations in your body.
